The overall solution is based on the design of the evaluation board EKT043, and a single T5L chip handles the screen display touch and the control of the external system:
(1) Receive and process the high and low voltage switch signals monitored by the high voltage sensor, and display the values on the screen in real time;
(2) Control the operation of water inlet and flushing solenoid valves and high-pressure water pumps to realize functions such as automatic flushing of equipment, display of operating status, intelligent alarms and prompts.

EKT043 evaluation board + control device (1 water inlet pump, 1 water outlet pump, high and low pressure switch and high and low liquid level switch).
Among them, the high-pressure switch controls the start and stop of the machine. When water is used, the pipeline is released, the high pressure is automatically closed, and the machine replenishes water; when the water storage tank is full of water, the machine pipeline pressure increases, the high pressure is disconnected, and the machine stops storing water.
The low-voltage switch protects the machine. When the water is cut off or the water pressure is insufficient, the low-voltage switch is automatically disconnected, and the machine stops working to prevent the booster pump from idling in an anhydrous state and damage the machine circuit.
4. Program development
(1) User Interface (UI) Design
Through the DGUS II software, the user interface display and touch function configuration can be completed with zero code.
(2) System function development
Develop the OS core of the T5L chip through keil software to realize password storage and control of external control devices.
