In the textile industry, the uniformity of sliver is directly related to the high grade of finished products. With the continuous development of automation technology, autoleveling technology in textile machinery came into being, it is suitable for FA186, 201, 203, 204, 206, 209, 231 and other models of carding equipment. The speed of the cotton fed into the carding machine is used to control the weight of the sliver, and automatic detection and control can be realized during the production process, which fundamentally solves the problem of uneven sliver and improves product quality. This scheme uses the T5L ASIC as the main control to realize the human-machine interaction control of the textile machine, the smart screen model EKT070A.

T5L ASIC is a dual-core ASIC with a high degree of integration of GUI and application independently developed and designed by DWIN Technology. It adopts the 8051 core which is most widely used, mature and stable, 1T (single instruction cycle) high-speed operation, and the highest frequency is 250MHz. The scheme uses the 3-way AD interface of the T5L chip to collect the data of the displacement sensor, the doffer frequency converter and the pressure sensor, and outputs the analog DA to control the frequency converter through the 2-way PWM interface.
